Cabañas Raras auctions four plots in the Bierzo industrial estate

The Cabañas Raras City Council has called for an auction for the disposal of plots 111, 112, 113, and 114 of the Cabañas Raras Industrial Estate, in the Bierzo region. The decision was adopted by the Local Government Board in its agreement of August 21, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of León number 162, dated August 26, 2026 (official reference BOP-LE-2026-162002).

These are four urban industrial properties, considered municipal heritage assets, offered at a base price of €12.40/m². The call, signed by Mayor Manuel García Marqués on August 24, 2026, seeks to utilize available land and attract business activity to the Bierzo industrial estate.

Characteristics of the plots

The four properties are described with their registry and cadastral data, all for industrial use:

• Plot 111: 2,881 m², cadastral reference 24016001538459, registry property 6502.
• Plot 112: 2,881 m², cadastral reference 24016001538466, registry property 6503.
• Plot 113: 2,881 m², cadastral reference 24016001538473, registry property 6504.
• Plot 114: 3,226 m², cadastral reference 24016001538480, registry property 6505.

Bidding prices and deposits

The base bidding price is set at €12.40/m² for all plots, with VAT included in the final price:

• Plots 111, 112, and 113: base €35,724.40, VAT €7,502.12, bidding price €43,226.52.
• Plot 114: base €40,002.40, VAT €8,400.50, bidding price €48,402.90.

Bidders must present a deposit equivalent to 10% of the base price: €3,572.44 for plots 111, 112, and 113, and €4,000.24 for plot 114.

Deadlines and submission of bids

The deadline for the submission of bids will be 10 business days from the publication of the announcement on the transparency portal, on the Public Sector Procurement Platform, and in the Official Gazette of the Province. Bids shall be submitted at the Registry Office of the Cabañas Raras Town Hall (Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 4), Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or at any of the locations provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015. The opening of bids will take place within 30 business days after the deadline expires, at 10:00 AM, at the headquarters of the Bierzo Regional Council.
