The full text of the call and the bases can be consulted on the VIMCORSA website (www.vimcorsa.com) and in the National Grants Database. The summary includes the following groups of actions:

  • Group 2, functional adaptation works: installation of video intercoms adapted for people with hearing or visual impairments, replacement of bathtubs with shower trays, and other works.
  • Group 3, preparation of the Technical Building Inspection (ITE).
  • Group 4, emergency works that have an execution order issued by the Ruins and Conservation Office of the Municipal Urbanism Management of the Córdoba City Council.

Submission of applications and justification

Applications are submitted using standardized forms, which include the list of documents required in Article 27 of the guidelines and can be downloaded from the VIMCORSA website. The enabled entry registry is that of the municipal company, located at number 9 Ángel de Saavedra Street, Córdoba.

The justification of the aid is carried out through the submission of the justification account to VIMCORSA, which acts as the collaborating entity, within a maximum period of two months from the end of the deadline for the execution of the works, in accordance with Article 33 of the regulatory guidelines.

The call mobilizes 100,000 euros to improve the habitability and safety of buildings and homes in Córdoba, with special attention to accessibility for people with disabilities and emergency situations. Homeowners, neighborhood communities, and tenants with limited income thus have a direct municipal channel to finance works that would otherwise be difficult to afford.
