Córdoba publishes the provisional list for nine municipal caregiver positions

The Córdoba City Council has made public the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the call to fill nine permanent positions as 2nd Class Caretaker Official, through the open competitive examination system. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 196, dated October 9, 2026, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-3389. The first exercise of the competitive phase will be held on November 19, 2026.

The announced positions are included in the Public Employment Offers of 2023 and 2024 and are processed under the file reference OE-254/23,24. The announcement was signed in Córdoba on October 5, 2026, by the Deputy Mayor of Human Resources and Occupational Health, Cintia Bustos Muñoz, and is categorized under the Local Administration section of the provincial gazette.

Ten-day correction period

Applicants who have been excluded will have a period of ten days, starting from the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, to correct the defect that led to their exclusion.

The provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants is posted on the Electronic Edict Board of the Córdoba City Council and, for informational purposes, in the council’s Virtual Office. Subsequent announcements regarding this call will be published exclusively on the municipal electronic edict board.

Qualifying Tribunal

The selection body was appointed by Decree No. 2026/01127, of January 26, 2026, and is composed of the following members, along with their respective alternates:

• Presidency: Manuel Rojo Aranda, Head of the Environment Department, with Francisco J. Muñoz Macías, Environmental Forestry Engineer, as alternate.
• Member: Gonzalo López Rodríguez, Foreman of the Zoo Córdoba Conservation Center, with Julia Ruiz Laguna, Conservator of the same center, as alternate.
• Member: Paula Ledesma Ribot, Vocational Training Technical Teacher, with Elena Tejedor González, also a Vocational Training Technical Teacher, as alternate.
• Member: Antonio Jesús Guillén Melero, Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, with Ester Virginia Insua Márquez, Head of the Occupational Health and Safety Department, as alternate.
• Member: Alfonsa Bonilla López, Administrative Assistant of the Selection Department, with Ismael Hidalgo Mora, Unit Head of the Local Government Board, as alternate.
• Secretary: Francisco Jurado Gómez, Administrative Staff of the Selection Department, with Rocío Corro Castillejo, Head of the Selection Unit, as alternate.

Date, time and place of the first exercise

The first exercise of the competitive phase will take place on November 19, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing, in the Aula Magna of the north building and the Aula Magna of the south building, located at Avenida Menéndez Pidal, s/n, Córdoba.

The summoned candidates must arrive equipped with a pen and their DNI or any other document proving their identity, with only a driver’s license or passport being accepted.

The publication of this provisional list opens the decisive phase of the selection process for nine permanent municipal caregiver positions, a call that carries over vacancies from two consecutive employment offers. Excluded candidates have their last opportunity to correct formal errors before the exam during the rectification period, while those admitted already know the date, time, and venue of the first test, which will be held in two classrooms at the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing.
