Submission of applications and merit scale
Interested parties shall submit applications at the locations established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. If the application is submitted at a registration office other than that of the Most Excellent City Council of Córdoba, it must be communicated before the deadline to the address comercioyventaambulante@ayuncordoba.es.
The self-assessment model allows for a maximum of 10 points:
- Up to 3 points for demonstrated experience in the requested seasonal modality.
- Up to 2 points for experience in a modality different from the one called for.
- Up to 2 points for courses, workshops, or conferences from public administrations, universities, chambers of commerce, or official bodies.
- Up to 1 point for courses from private entities or sector associations.
- 1 point for adherence to the Consumer Arbitration System of Córdoba.
- 1 point for being part of a merchants’ association registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Córdoba.
The call directly affects merchants and artisans who wish to set up stalls on public roads during the next two Christmas campaigns, who have twenty calendar days to gather the documentation and register their application. The coincidence of several applicants for the same location and activity will trigger the competition phase and the merit scale, therefore, the accreditation of previous experience and training will be decisive in obtaining one of the nine authorizations.
