Avilés Chamber of Commerce subsidizes each Talento 45+ contract with 5,000 euros

The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Avilés has announced grants of 5,000 euros for each unemployed worker from the Talento 45+ Program hired by companies within its jurisdiction for at least six months. The call, corresponding to the 2026 annual period, is published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias (BOPA) no. 184, dated September 23, 2026, within section VI of Other Announcements, with the reference Code 2026-07665 and identification number BDNS 929838. The maximum budget for the line amounts to 15,000 euros and is co-financed by 69.64% by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).

The summary is disseminated in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the General Subsidies Law 38/2003, of November 17, and the full text of the call can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database, at the Chamber’s headquarters, and on the website www.avilescamara.es. The line is part of the Operational Program for Education and Training, Employment and Social Economy 2021-2027 and aims to promote employment among older job seekers, a group with particular integration difficulties.

Beneficiaries and purpose of the aid

• Companies and individuals registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) within the territorial jurisdiction of the Avilés Chamber of Commerce may apply for the grants.
• Applicants must be registered in the IAE Census (Economic Activities Tax).
• The subsidy is intended for companies that have hired unemployed workers who have participated in the Talento 45+ Program.
• The contract must have a minimum duration of 6 months (180 days) and be full-time.

Amount and budget

The amount of the aid is 5,000.00 euros for each worker hired. The maximum budget for the call is 15,000 euros, an amount that, with that unit value, would allow for the subsidizing of up to three full-time hires.

The granted aids will be co-financed by 69.64% by the ESF+, within the framework of the aforementioned operational program, such that European funding covers slightly more than two-thirds of the expenditure and the Chamber assumes the remainder.

Deadline and submission of applications

• The submission period begins the day after the publication of the call in the BOPA.
• The deadline is December 31, 2026.
• The period may conclude earlier if the budget provided for in the call is exhausted.

The call offers small businesses and freelancers in the Avilés region a direct incentive to hire workers over 45 years of age who have already completed an employability itinerary, with financial support that fully covers the cost of the aid for each permanent or temporary contract of at least six months. As these are European funds, hires must comply with the program requirements and be documented before the Chamber, which manages the call on a competitive basis and in order of submission until the available 15,000 euros are exhausted.
