Burgo de Osma makes municipal facility fees permanent

The City Council of El Burgo de Osma-Ciudad de Osma has made final the modification of the Fiscal Ordinance Regulating the Fee for the Use of Municipal Facilities and Services, as no claims were filed during the public exhibition period. The full text is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria number 106, dated September 11, 2026, pages 3135 to 3138, with reference BOPSO-106-11092026.

The decision stems from the provisional plenary agreement adopted on June 30, 2026, which is now automatically elevated to final status. The publication is carried out in compliance with article 17.4 of the Recast Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5. The document is signed by the mayor, Antonio Pardo Capilla, dated September 7, 2026.

Sports facility rates

The ordinance sets hourly fees for the use of sports facilities, to which the cost of artificial lighting is added where applicable:

Sports Center: 12 €/h (10 €/h with artificial lighting).
7-a-side football pitch: 20 €/h (10 €/h with artificial lighting).
Fronton: 5 €/h with artificial lighting.
Tennis court: 2 €/h (5 €/h with artificial lighting).
Padel courts: 6 €/h (5 €/h with artificial lighting).
Gym: 3 €/day or 20 €/month subscription.
Multipurpose rooms (for-profit): 60 €/month.
Courts for classes (maximum 4 h per week): 100 €/month.

Swimming pools and other facilities

The summer pools and the heated pool establish three user groups: Group A (children up to 4 years old, free entry), Group B (children from 4 to 14 years old and seniors over 65) and Group C (all other users). In the summer pool, entry costs 1.50 € (group B) and 2.50 € (group C), with season passes of 30 € and 60 € respectively; in the heated pool, entry is 2.50 € and 3.30 €, with season passes of 85 € and 145 €. Swimming courses of 8 sessions cost 30 € in summer and 45 € in the heated pool.

For other municipal facilities, rates are set per calendar day or fraction of 6 hours:

San Agustín Theater: 300 € (350 € with climate control).
Multipurpose Hall: 1,000 € (1,300 € with climate control).
Bullring: 1,500 €.
San Agustín Cloister: 100 € (120 € with lighting).
San Agustín exhibition rooms: 90 € per day.

Mandatory deposits are established at 1,000 € for the Multipurpose Hall and the Bullring, 100 € for the Theater and the San Agustín Exhibition Rooms, and 10 € for the Ground Floor Room of the City Council. Non-profit associations within the municipality are exempt from paying the fee for the premises in section D), subject to availability.

Conciliation services, courses and theater

The Concilia program is developed in two periods for schooled participants aged 3 to 12: Concilia Holy Week (€25/child, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and Crecemos en verano (€30 weekly from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., or €40 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.). The Santa Catalina Summer Courses have an enrollment fee of €60 per course, with free opening, closing, and complementary activities. In the theater, plays from the scenic circuits cost €0 and the rest of the shows €3.

The ordinance will enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria and will remain in effect until its express modification or repeal. The regulation affects all users and associations of the municipality, who must adjust to the new rates for the use of swimming pools, the sports center, theater, and municipal rooms.
