Bueu aproba inicialmente o cadro de persoal de 2026 e abre alegacións

The Plenary of the Bueu City Council initially approved the Organic Personnel Framework for the 2026 financial year, along with the third specific modification of the list of job positions (RPT), in the extraordinary session held on October 30, 2026. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO) number 212, dated November 3, 2026, in the Local Administration section, and opens a period of 15 business days to examine the file and submit claims.

Initial approval of file 3232/2026

The announcement, signed by Mayor Félix Juncal Novas, specifies that the Plenary agreed to approve the organic personnel staff corresponding to the 2026 financial year. The processing is identified with the following administrative data:

  • File 3232/2026, Personnel Planning and Organization procedure.
  • SIA Code 1428772.
  • Managing Unit 320, corresponding to the HR Unit.
  • Procedure: public exhibition of the initial approval announcement.

The content of the agreement covers two complementary instruments. On one hand, the third specific modification of the city council’s list of job positions; on the other, the Organic Personnel Framework for the 2026 Financial Year, which organizes the structure of positions and posts of the council for the coming year.

Fifteen business days to claim before the Plenary

Interested parties have 15 business days, counted from the publication of the announcement in the BOPPO, to consult the file and present any claims they deem appropriate before the City Council Plenary. If no claim is submitted during that period, the 2026 Organic Personnel Framework will be considered definitively approved.

The consultation of the file is carried out through two channels:

  • The HR Unit, located at Rúa Eduardo Vicentí number 8 in Bueu, from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 hours.
  • The municipal electronic office, upon prior request for access.

The announcement incorporates the secure verification code W4CL8KMS4Y61I0B0, which allows for the verification of the integrity of the published document.

A year of movements in the personnel structure

The review of the framework occurs in a year with continuous activity in the personnel area of the Bueu City Council. On October 21, BOPPO number 203 published the appointment as a career civil servant of the Local Police corps of Adrián Ortube Curras, mayoral resolution 2026-1918 of October 13, 2026, charged to the 2025 OEP and assigned to the RPT position classified with code 07.00.00.05, in the basic scale, police category, group C, subgroup C1.

On the economic level, the Plenary of August 6, 2026, approved a transfer of credits between expenditure applications of different areas which, precisely, did not affect the reduction or increase of personnel credits. File 2441/2026 was made final by the mayoral resolution 2026-1664, dated September 4, and was published in the BOPPO number 176, on September 14, 2026.

Furthermore, the same council has recently closed other internal management procedures in the last quarter, such as the delegation of mayoral functions to the first deputy mayor, Isabel Quintás Juncal, between September 15 and 20, through resolution 1721 of September 11, 2026.

Impact for personnel and for future calls

The approval of the organic framework is decisive for the municipal workforce: it establishes the organization of positions upon which the selection and provision calls are based, and any change in the RPT (Personnel Table) alters the available vacancies and their classification. The open period allows both council personnel and the citizenry to review the proposal before it becomes final, so that allegations submitted within the next 15 business days may modify the document that regulates the public employment structure of Bueu for 2026.
