Bruxelles agrée trois agences intérimaires et une entreprise sociale

The Minister of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region in charge of Employment, L. Hublet, has approved by ministerial decrees of September 3, 2026, three temporary work agencies — Ampstek Belgium, 123INTERIM, and YO INTERIM — and, by decree of September 1, 2026, Work@Berchem ASBL as a social enterprise. These decisions are published in the Belgian Official Gazette of September 9, 2026, pages 49384 to 49386.

The approvals for temporary agencies fall under the ordinance of July 14, 2011, regarding the mixed management of the labor market in the Brussels-Capital Region and its implementing decree of July 12, 2012. The approval of the social enterprise is based on the ordinance of July 23, 2018, regarding the approval and support of social enterprises. All decrees were signed in Brussels and entered into force on their date of signature.

Three approved temporary work agencies

The three decrees of September 3, 2026, issued after the opinion of Brupartners on August 19, 2026, authorize the provision of temporary workers to companies, with distinct scopes and durations:

  • Ampstek Belgium (CBE no. 0775.912.304), Boulevard Saint-Michel 65/6 in 1040 Etterbeek, obtains a 2-year approval starting from August 19, 2026, bearing number 20662-406-20260819 (ref. C-2026/006527). The activity is open to all companies, with the exception of those falling under the construction joint committee (no. 124) and the provision of temporary artists.
  • 123INTERIM (CBE no. 0801.478.732), Rue de l’Avouerie 7 in 4000 Liège, obtains an indefinite approval starting from August 19, 2026, bearing number 20479-406-20240918 (ref. C-2026/006528), with the same exclusions (JC 124 and temporary artists).
  • YO INTERIM (CBE no. FR71878160258), Rue de la Paix 10 in 75002 Paris (France), obtains a 2-year approval starting from July 15, 2026, bearing number 20663-406-20260715 (ref. C-2026/006544). Unlike the other two, its activity is limited to the provision of temporary workers within joint committee 124 (construction).

One recognized social enterprise

By decree of September 1, 2026 (ref. C-2026/006498), issued after the opinion of the Social Entrepreneurship Advisory Council on August 24, 2026, Work@Berchem ASBL, bearing company number 1011.851.936, is approved as a social enterprise and more specifically as a starting 2nd category Public Social Economy Initiative (IPES 2 starting). This approval is granted for a period of two years.

Scope for the Brussels labor market

These approvals expand the intermediation offer on the job market of the Brussels-Capital Region, strengthening both the temporary work sector and that of the social economy. They add to a series of similar decisions published in the Belgian Official Gazette in recent weeks, testifying to a steady flow of approvals issued by the Brussels Minister of Employment.
