Brunyola opens the credit supplement 2SC 04/2026 for public information

The Plenary of the City Council of Brunyola i Sant Martí Sapresa initially approved the credit modification file 2SC 04/2026, in the form of a credit supplement, with file number X2026000283. The agreement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 195, dated October 9, 2026, with the official reference BOP-2026_0_195_8581 (edict 8581, p. 1-1). Starting the day after publication, a fifteen-day period is open for any interested party to examine the file and submit any allegations they deem appropriate.

The decision was adopted in an extraordinary session of the Plenary held on September 28, 2026, and the announcement appears electronically signed by the mayor, Roger Puigdevall Mascort, dated September 29, 2026. If no allegations have been submitted once the period has expired, the agreement adopted by the Plenary will be considered definitively approved, without the need for any further vote. Otherwise, the submitted allegations must be resolved before closing the process.
