IT technician pool for the Provincial Council: 25 admitted and 9 excluded

The Diputació de Lleida has approved, by means of Decree 2026/2834, of August 21, 2026, the provisional list of admitted and excluded persons for the creation of a job bank for IT technician, subgroup A2. The list is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida (BOP) no. 165, of August 28, 2026, with official reference BOP-2026_0_165_7315.

The call is based on the general rules for the constitution of job banks of the Diputació, approved by the Governing Board in the session of November 17, 2025 (BOP no. 224, of November 24, 2025). The specific rules and the call for the procedure were approved by the Governing Board in the session of July 20, 2026 (BOP no. 143, of July 29, 2026). The resolution is issued by delegation of powers in matters of human resources, signed by the deputy Sandra Castro Bayona.

List of admitted persons

The provisional list includes 25 admitted applicants, indicating whether or not they are exempt from the Catalan language test. Among the admitted are, among others:

List of excluded persons

The provisional list contains 9 excluded applicants, indicating the reason for exclusion and their status regarding the Catalan language test in case of correction. The reasons cited are:

• Does not meet the qualification requirement: Miquel Àngerri Pla, Miquel Gàtius Fernández, Laura Grau Boncompte, Abac Polo Pérez and Marc Teixidó Rosauro
• Does not provide access qualification: Raül López Seres, Jordi Obis Farré, Cristina Prim Carol and Domènec Vicente Arrufat

Correction period

In accordance with article 78 of Decree 214/1990, which approves the Regulations of personnel in the service of local entities, and rule 3.4 of the general rules, applicants have 10 business days starting from the day after publication to correct defects in the application or supplement the documentation, by means of a generic request to the General Registry of the Diputació de Lleida.

Those excluded who do not submit an amendment within the deadline will be considered to have withdrawn their request. The claims filed will be resolved and the definitive list will be published, along with the time, date, and location of the theoretical-practical test, on the electronic headquarters notice board and in the selective processes section of the Diputació.

The publication of this provisional list is a key step for all applicants for the IT technician pool, as it determines who can continue in the selection process. Those excluded have a short window of 10 days to correct the documentation, so speed in managing the amendment is essential to avoid losing the opportunity to be part of the job pool of the Diputació de Lleida.
