Bolvir is awarded a municipal plot on Rigal Street for 2.1 million

The Bolvir City Council has awarded the alienation of the municipally-owned urban property located at Carrer Rigal, 30 (golf descent) to the company Desarrollo y Gestión Industrial, S.L. for a total price of 2,129,600.00 euros, VAT included. The resolution was adopted via Mayoral Decree 867/2026, dated September 18, 2026, and was made public in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona no. 195, dated October 9, 2026, with the official reference BOP-2026_0_195_8563 (edict 8563, p. 1-1). The operation derives from the prior agreement of the Bolvir City Council Plenary session on March 20, 2026.

A patrimonial sale of 2.1 million euros

The award price is broken down into a base of 1,760,000.00 euros plus 369,600.00 euros corresponding to 21% VAT, for a total of 2,129,600.00 euros. Payment must be made in cash at the time of the formalization of the public deed of sale, in full compliance with the offer submitted by the awardee and the regulatory specifications of the alienation.

The awardee is Desarrollo y Gestión Industrial, S.L., with NIF B08736381. The award proposal was formulated by the Contracting Board in the session of April 29, 2026.

The property subject to the sale is registered in the Property Registry of Puigcerdà and its identifying data are as follows:

• Unique Registry Code 17005000181001.
• Cadastral reference 9369626DG0996N0001QU.
• Current registered area of 2,976.35 m², after the registration of the area rectification and the georeferenced graphic representation.

Open tender and award criteria

The alienation was processed through the ordinary procedure, via open tender and with several award criteria, as detailed in the municipal announcement. The document is signed by the mayor, Isidre Chia Trilles, and published by the Provincial Council of Girona.

The announcement is disseminated in compliance with the Plenary agreement of March 20, 2026, which enabled the sale of the municipal property.

The publication in the official gazette provides general knowledge of the decision and closes the award phase of one of the most relevant patrimonial operations of the day in the region. For the residents of Bolvir, the sale represents an extraordinary income of 2.1 million euros for the municipal coffers and the removal from public assets of a plot of nearly 3,000 m² located at the golf descent, a residential and tourist environment of Cerdanya. For the real estate sector, the operation sets a price reference per square meter in a high-value area, with a buyer of an industrial profile.
