Bolaños submits the change of funeral ownership to public consultation

The City Council of Bolaños de Calatrava has opened for public inspection, via an announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real, the applications submitted for the change of ownership of funeral rights in burial units of the municipal cemetery. The process, which is open for a period of 20 business days, allows all persons who consider themselves affected to submit any claims they deem appropriate. The object of the procedure
The announcement includes a total of eleven applications for the change of ownership of funeral rights, submitted to the municipal registry between December 2025 and September 2026. Each one identifies the applicant, the exact location of the affected burial unit, and the owner or owners currently listed in the municipal cemetery registry.
The units are distributed between the New Cemetery and the Old Cemetery of the town, across various courtyards, rows, and walkways. Among the applications are those submitted by, among others, Ángel Sánchez Malagulla (New Cemetery, 2nd Courtyard, Right Walkway, nos. 27 and 28), Carmen Aranda Almansa (New Cemetery, 3rd Courtyard, Row 1, no. 31 and half of 30), and Carmen Sánchez Alonso (Old Cemetery, 1st Courtyard, Wall Row, no. 87).
How to participate in the procedure
During the public inspection period, the processed administrative file remains available to interested parties at the City Council’s Department of Urban Planning. The consultation hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 hours, during the department’s public service hours.
Allegations may be submitted by those who consider themselves affected by the initiation of the procedure, under the terms provided in the applicable regulations. The announcement is signed by the Delegated Councilor for Urban Planning and Works, Carmen López Guzmán, dated September 11, 2026, and corresponds to announcement number 2931.
