The new officers are assigned to the Security, Local Police and Traffic, and Civil Protection-Emergencies service, which reinforces the municipal staff of the local security force. The decree, signed in Boadilla del Monte on August 18, 2026, concludes the administrative process and is also published on the digital notice board and on the municipal website.

The appointments

The four career civil servants, belonging to the Special Administration scale, Special Services sub-scale, Local Police class, Basic scale, group C, subgroup C1, are as follows:

All of them are assigned to the Security, Local Police and Traffic, and Civil Protection-Emergencies service, as stated in the operative part of the decree.

Assumption of office and deadlines

The assumption of office must take place within one month, counted from the day following the publication of the appointment in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Once this period has elapsed without the interested parties having taken office without justified cause, and except in cases of force majeure, they will be considered to have waived their right to the appointment, losing all rights derived from the selection tests and the subsequent appointment conferred.

Appeals

The resolution, in accordance with article 52.2 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, concludes the administrative process. An optional appeal for reversal may be filed against it within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal within two months before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Madrid Court of First Instance, pursuant to Law 39/2015, of October 1, and Law 29/1998, of July 13.
