Bitti, 15-year lease of the Su Saliche property up for auction for 120,000 euros

The Municipality of Bitti, center of the province of Nuoro, has announced a public auction for the administrative concession of the property located in Su Saliche and the facilities contained therein, for a duration of 15 years and a starting auction fee of 8,000 euros per year. The notice, identified by reference TX26BIA452, is published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic, 5th Special Series – Public Contracts, no. 125 of November 2, 2026. The procedure is called in accordance with Article 73, letter c), of R.D. 827/1924 and subsequent amendments, and the responsibility for the process is entrusted to engineer Eugenio Tucconi.

A fee of 8,000 euros per year for fifteen years

The object of the concession is the property located in Su Saliche, including the facilities contained therein, identified in the land registry as sheet 48, parcel 220, subaltern 1. The starting bid fee is set at 8,000 euros per year, for a total value of 120,000 euros referring to the entire duration of the concession agreement.

The notice provides for a duration of 15 years, with a possible extension of a further 5 years. The contract therefore concerns the management of a real estate complex and its related facilities, and not the sale of the property: the Municipality remains the owner of the asset and grants the concessionaire the use for the indicated period.

Provisional guarantee and award criterion

The notice sets the essential conditions for participation:

• Provisional guarantee equal to 2% of the total starting auction fee.
• Award criterion: most advantageous offer, pursuant to Article 76 of R.D. 827/1924 and subsequent amendments.
• Award permitted even in the presence of a single offer deemed valid.

The tender calendar

The deadline for the submission of offers is set for 12:00 PM on the thirtieth day following the publication of the notice in the Official Gazette, which occurred on November 2, 2026: the deadline therefore falls on December 2, 2026. Any changes to the deadline will be made known through publicity on the entity’s institutional website.

The opening of the bids is scheduled for a public session on December 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM, at the Technical Office of the Municipality of Bitti, in piazza Asproni 47. The opening date is expressly indicated in the notice and remains distinct from the deadline for the submission of bids.

For the Municipality of Bitti, the annual fee of 8,000 euros constitutes a stable current income, while the most economically advantageous tender criterion leaves room for competitors to enhance the quality and content of the management project. Those intending to participate must, however, adhere to a tight schedule: application and guarantee by December 2, 2026, with the opening of the envelopes on December 18.
