Binaced publishes the final list of those admitted to the dining hall grant

The Binaced City Council has published the final list of admitted and excluded applicants for the creation of the Municipal Dining Hall Monitor pool, via Mayoral Decree. The resolution, signed by Mayor Javier Sorinas Citoler on August 31, 2026, is disseminated in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 166, dated September 1, 2026 (reference BOPH-2026-166005).

The call for applications is framed within resolution no. 51 of August 5, 2026, which approved the bases for the creation of a pool through a competitive examination process intended for the substitution of temporary part-time labor personnel for the position of leisure monitors and dining hall supervision. The process is handled under file 1871846M: Job pool for Municipal Dining Hall personnel, and is resolved in the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 21 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime.

The Mayor’s Office has approved the final list of persons admitted to the selection process, consisting of nine applicants:

Exclusion and qualifying board

The resolution definitively excludes Yanire María Citoler Jurado, with ID *1552, for failing to rectify the lack of required documentation. Likewise, the qualifying board that will evaluate the tests is designated, consisting of:

• President: Sonia Citoler Monter, Secretary of the Binaced City Council.
• Secretary: Elisabeth Ciria Delfa, Director of the Ababol Preschool.
• Member: Sandra Civiac Sorinas, Early Childhood Education Technician at the Ababol Preschool.

Exam date

The board is convened for its constitution on September 3 at 1:00 PM, and the performance of the exercises will take place on the same day at 1:30 PM at the Binaced City Council, located at Plaza Aragón, 15. The resolution, dated in Binaced on August 31, 2026, is signed by Mayor Javier Sorinas Citoler.

The publication of this final list closes the admission phase of the process and opens the way for the holding of the tests, a key step for applicants opting for a temporary job in the municipal dining service. The filling of this pool will allow the council to have qualified personnel for the substitution of monitors and dining hall supervision, thus guaranteeing the continuity of an essential service for the families of the municipality.
