Bierzo Suroeste subasta cuatro lotes de maquinaria agrícola

The Mancomunidad de Municipios Bierzo Suroeste has called for a public ascending auction for the disposal of four lots of patrimonial assets, which include two New Holland tractors, a tanker trailer, and a backhoe loader. The call, approved by plenary agreement on May 18, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of León number 171, dated September 8, 2026, with the official reference BOP-LE-2026-171011.

The auction will be held on September 23 at 9:00 AM at the town hall of the Sobrado City Council, and bids must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the announcement. The auction type is public ascending, meaning that bids must exceed the minimum tender price of each lot, excluding VAT, which will be added to the award price at the legally applicable rate.

The four lots up for bid

The patrimonial assets being auctioned include agricultural and construction machinery, with valuations totaling more than 44,000 euros:

  • Lot 1: New Holland 60-66S tractor, license plate E-5233-BBB, with a tender price of €3,161.25.
  • Lot 2: New Holland TL100 tractor, license plate E-7346-BCJ, with a price of €24,245.38.
  • Lot 3: agricultural trailer with GALAGRI GRC-550 tank, license plate E-8399-BDD(E), with a price of €3,700.00.
  • Lot 4: CASE 580 SUPER K SN-4 backhoe loader, license plate LE 77249 VE, with a price of €13,088.70.

The indicated amounts constitute the minimum tender prices, excluding VAT, which will be added to the award price at the legally applicable rate in each case.

How and where to submit bids

Bids must be submitted to the office of the Mancomunidad de Municipios Bierzo Suroeste, located at Calle Única, s/n, Sobrado (24567), or through its electronic office at http://bierzosuroeste.sedelectronica.es. The Specific Terms and Conditions are available to interested parties both at the mancomunidad headquarters in Sobrado and on its electronic office.

The announcement, signed in Sobrado on September 2, 2026, by the president of the mancomunidad, Antonio Moldes Rodríguez, reminds that the auction will be governed by the plenary agreement of May 18, 2026, and by the conditions set forth in the specifications.

An opportunity for the region

The disposal of these heritage assets represents an opportunity for farmers, livestock breeders, and service companies in the Bierzo region, who will be able to acquire machinery at starting prices significantly lower than market rates. Furthermore, the ascending auction ensures that the association of municipalities obtains the best possible price for assets that are no longer necessary for its operations, reinvesting the proceeds into the maintenance of the services it provides to the associated municipalities.
