Bierzo Suroeste auctions four lots of agricultural machinery

The Mancomunidad de Municipios Bierzo Suroeste has called for a public ascending auction for the disposal of four lots of patrimonial assets, according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of León number 171, dated September 8, 2026 (reference BOP-LE-2026-171011). The decision stems from the plenary agreement of May 18, 2026, and the bidding will take place on September 23 at 9:00 AM at the town hall of the Sobrado City Council.

The assets are being put up for sale with minimum bidding prices that do not include VAT, which will be added to the award price at the legally applicable rate. Bids must be submitted as ascending offers relative to the bidding price of each lot.

The four lots up for auction

The assets for sale consist of agricultural and construction machinery, with valuations ranging from 3,161.25 to 24,245.38 euros:

• Lot 1: New Holland 60-66S tractor, license plate E-5233-BBB, valued at €3,161.25.
• Lot 2: New Holland TL100 tractor, license plate E-7346-BCJ, valued at €24,245.38.
• Lot 3: agricultural trailer with GALAGRI GRC-550 tank, license plate E-8399-BDD(E), valued at €3,700.00.
• Lot 4: CASE 580 SUPER K SN-4 backhoe loader, license plate LE 77249 VE, valued at €13,088.70.

Deadlines and submission of bids

The deadline for submitting bids is 15 calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the provincial gazette. Applications should be addressed to the headquarters of the Mancomunidad, at calle Única, s/n, Sobrado (24567), or through its electronic office at http://bierzosuroeste.sedelectronica.es.

The Specific Terms and Conditions are available to interested parties both at the Mancomunidad headquarters in Sobrado and on its electronic office. The announcement is signed by the president of the entity, Antonio Moldes Rodríguez, in Sobrado, on September 2, 2026.

An opportunity for the agricultural sector

The auction represents an opportunity for farmers, livestock breeders, and companies in the Bierzo region, who will be able to acquire tractors and construction machinery at starting prices significantly lower than market rates. The sale of these patrimonial assets allows the Mancomunidad to obtain resources and renew its machinery fleet, while offering interested parties in the area the possibility of acquiring equipment under competitive conditions.
