Bienservida provisionally approves the modification of its building ordinance

The Plenary Session of the Bienservida City Council, in an ordinary session held on August 25, 2026, agreed to provisionally approve the modification file of the Municipal Building and Urbanization Ordinance. The agreement is now subject to public consultation for a period of thirty days, as stated in the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete number 104, dated September 7, 2026.

The decision, adopted on a provisional basis, will become final if no claims are filed during the public exhibition process. The announcement, signed by Mayor José Luis Cano Ledesma, is framed within the provisions of Article 49 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime (LRBRL).

A process open to citizen participation

The modification affects the current ordinance, approved and published in BOP number 58, of May 20, 2016, and its revision directly impacts the building and urbanization conditions of the municipality. During the public information period, interested parties may examine the file and submit any allegations or suggestions they deem appropriate.

The thirty-day period is calculated from the day following the insertion of the edict in the official gazette, that is, from September 8, 2026. Claims must be addressed to the Plenary of the Corporation.

How to participate in the process

Residents, developers, and other interested parties may consult the file and submit their contributions during the public exhibition period:

• Deadline: thirty calendar days from the day following the publication of the edict.
• Recipient: the Plenary of the municipal Corporation.
• Effect: if no claims are submitted, the agreement will be considered final in accordance with Article 49 of the LRBRL.
• Object: modification of the Municipal Building and Urbanization Ordinance (BOP 58, of 05/20/2016).
