National Assets grants GR Pudú a concession of 886 hectares in Antofagasta

The Ministry of National Assets granted GR Pudú SpA a direct onerous concession over 886.25 hectares of fiscal land in the Antofagasta Region, intended for the development, construction, and operation of a non-conventional renewable energy generation project. The decision is contained in exempt decree No. E-446, dated September 4, 2026, the extract of which was published this Monday, September 21, in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Chile (official reference: CVE 2868801). The concession extends for 30 years and provides for an annual rent of UF 18,793.11.
