Benavente grants electricity and gas subsidies to ten applicants
Por FactBox Admin

The Benavente City Council has resolved the call for financial aid for electricity and gas for 2026, under a competitive bidding process. By Mayoral Decree of August 18, 2026, it has been agreed to grant a total of 2,351.31 euros to ten applicants and deny one application as it was found to be incompatible with another aid received for the same purpose. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora, number 97, dated August 21, 2026, with reference R-202602038.
The announcement, electronically signed on August 20, 2026, by the acting mayor, is framed within section III of Local Administration of the gazette. As this is a competitive bidding procedure, and in accordance with the fifteenth basis of the call, publication in the gazette replaces individual notification, producing the same effects for the interested parties.
Beneficiaries and amounts granted
The aid is distributed among ten applicants, with amounts ranging between 151.31 and 350 euros, according to the file and the DNI/NIF of each beneficiary:
- File 245 (DNI 34717257E): 200 €
- File 295 (DNI 71014147Z): 250 €
- File 303 (DNI 45684958N): 250 €
- File 314 (DNI 11716721S): 250 €
- File 318 (DNI 02486228C): 200 €
- File 320 (DNI 11695920Y): 250 €
- File 321 (DNI 45688914N): 350 €
- File 323 (DNI 45689555D): 200 €
- File 324 (DNI 45689364W): 250 €
- File 322 (NIE Y3901468S): 151.31 €
The total amount granted amounts to 2,351.31 euros.
Denied application
The resolution denies a single application, corresponding to file 225 (DNI 11708105R), due to the application of the twelfth clause, point 8, of the bases of the call. Said clause establishes that the aid will not be compatible with any other aid or subsidy received for the same purpose, which is the reason why the applicant is excluded from the granting regime.
Appeals and deadlines
Against the resolution, which ends the administrative route, interested parties may optionally file a request for reversal (recurso de reposición) before the same body that issued it within a maximum period of one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal before the competent jurisdictional body within two months, in accordance with articles 123 and following of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure. The calculation of both periods begins the day following the publication of the summary of the resolution in the gazette.
The publication of this resolution is of particular relevance for the beneficiaries, who will see the financial aid to cover electricity and gas expenses recognized, and for those appealing the decision, as the denial due to incompatibility and the appeal deadlines directly affect their rights. Dissemination in the official bulletin guarantees the publicity and legal certainty of the competitive bidding procedure.
