Bellreguard approves the list of admitted candidates for three local police positions

The Bellreguard City Council has approved the list of admitted and excluded persons for the call for the selection of three permanent positions for Local Police officers, vacant within the municipal staff. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia on August 28, 2026, within the municipalities section, under the official reference 2026/10705.

The call, identified by code 2199/2025, provides for the filling of the three positions through two access routes: the open entry track and the mobility track. With the publication of the list of admitted and excluded candidates, the selection process moves toward the examination phase, in which admitted applicants must prove the requirements demanded in the rules.

A process in two tracks

The selection combines two access modalities to fill the Local Police officer positions in Bellreguard:

• Open entry track: access via competitive examination for those who do not belong to the Local Police scale.
• Mobility track: access via competition for active officers from other local police forces requesting a transfer.

Both tracks are integrated into a single selection process, whose rules were previously approved by the council and which is now in the applicant verification phase.

List of admitted and excluded persons

The announcement published in the official gazette reports the approval of the list of persons admitted and excluded from the call. This list is the preliminary step before the holding of the selection tests, and its publication allows interested parties to check their status in the process.

Applicants appearing on the excluded list, as well as those who believe there is an error in their inclusion, may submit the corresponding appeals or corrections within the timeframe and manner established by the rules of the call.
