The Directorate of Legal Regime and Services of the Department of Education has notified the resolutions of the appeals for reconsideration regarding the call for scholarships, grants, and financial aid for non-university studies for the 2023-2024 academic year to 63 interested parties. The notification was published in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country (BOPV) number 172, on September 9, 2026, with official reference 2026/3842.

The Director, Martín Gartziandia Gartziandia, signed the announcement on September 1, 2026, stating that the full text of the resolutions is available to the interested parties at the Directorate of Legal Regime and Services of the Department of Education, Donostia-San Sebastián street 1, Vitoria-Gasteiz (tel. 945 01 82 84).

After unsuccessful attempts at personal notification, this announcement has been published in compliance with Articles 44 and 46 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Therefore, this publication serves as notification to the interested parties and opens the legal channels to protect their rights and interests.

The resolutions exhaust the administrative route, and a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of the Basque Autonomous Community, within a period of two months starting from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official State Gazette. Once this period has elapsed, the resolutions will become final.

List of interested parties

The annex to the announcement lists 63 interested parties, each with their DNI/NIE/passport number, the appeal file number, and the original file number. Among them are, among others:

Scope of the appeals

These appeals for reconsideration were filed against the resolutions of the call for scholarships, grants, and financial aid for non-university studies for the 2023-2024 academic year. This call was managed by the Department of Education, and since the resolutions of the appeals exhaust the administrative route, the interested parties have the option to pursue judicial action.

Interested parties may obtain the full text of the resolutions at the aforementioned directorate and, if applicable, file a contentious-administrative appeal in the appropriate court within two months. This period is counted from the day following the publication of the notification.

This notification has great practical importance for 63 students or families, as it determines the final result of their scholarship files and notifies them of the resolution that concludes the administrative process. Interested parties must act within the deadline to protect their rights.
