Por FactBox Admin

The Local Governing Board of the Begur City Council, in a session held on August 18, 2026, definitively approved two land redistribution projects under the basic compensation modality: that of the Mas Gispert land and that of the S-26 Bosc Major sector. The agreements, signed by Mayor Maite Selva Huertas, are published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 166, dated August 28, 2026, and are immediately executive.
Two projects, two files
The first agreement corresponds to file 2349/2026 and approves the land redistribution project for the Mas Gispert land, promoted by the entity Ses Negres SL and presented by Arquivolta Gabinet d’Arquitectura, Construcció i Urbanisme SLPU. The second, with file 1447/2026, approves the project for the S-26 Bosc Major sector, promoted by the Compensation Board of Owners of the S-26 Bosc Major Sector and presented by Arquivolta Gabinet d’Arquitectura, Construcció i Urbanisme SLP.
In both cases, the agreement provides for:
- Publishing the resolution in the Official Gazette of the Province, in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya, in one of the most widely circulated newspapers in the province, and on the notice board of the municipal electronic headquarters.
- Notifying the agreement to all owners and holders of real rights included within the territorial scope of the action polygon.
- Communicating the resolution to the Urban Planning department for its knowledge and appropriate effects.
Consultation and appeals
The land redistribution projects can be consulted at the offices of the Begur City Council (Plaça de l’Església, 8, 17255 Begur), from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 2 pm. Against the agreements, which end the administrative route, interested parties may file:
- An optional appeal for reversal before the body that issued the agreement, within a period of one month from the receipt of the notification.
- A direct contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia (Girona), within a period of two months from the notification.
- Any other appeal deemed appropriate.
Impact for the municipality
With these definitive approvals, Begur unlocks the urban management of two land areas, allowing for the organization of property and real rights within the framework of basic compensation. The processing directly affects the owners and holders of real rights included in the action polygons, who now receive the official notification and can exercise the corresponding appeals within the established deadlines.
