Beade opens fifteen days of public exhibition for the 2027 budget

The Plenary of the Beade City Council has initially approved the general budget for the 2027 financial year, along with the personnel framework and the list of job positions for that year. The agreement is published as an edict in section IV, Local Entities, of the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on October 15, 2026. Starting from the day following the publication, a public information period of fifteen business days is open to submit claims addressed to the mayor, Fernando Taboada Guntín.

Initial approval of three instruments

The edict, signed in Beade on September 29, 2026, by the mayor, Fernando Taboada Guntín, and registered under reference R. 2.329, reports the initial approval agreed upon by the Plenary of the Corporation. The agreement covers three documents:

• The general budget of the council for the 2027 financial year.
• The personnel framework for the said year.
• The list of job positions corresponding to 2027.

The personnel framework and the list of job positions are the instruments that organize the structure of the personnel serving the council, and their processing is linked to that of the annual accounts. The official publication does not include the budget figures nor the details of the positions or posts included: these data are part of the file deposited in the municipal Secretariat and can only be consulted during the exhibition period.

Fifteen business days in the municipal Secretariat

In compliance with article 169.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the revised text of the Law regulating local finances, and the corresponding provisions, the file is open to the public in the Secretariat of the Beade City Council. The conditions of the procedure are as follows:

• Exhibition period: fifteen business days.
• Start of the count: the day following the insertion of the edict in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense.
• Place of consultation: the Secretariat of the Beade City Council.
• Destination of claims: the mayor of the Corporation.

The text does not restrict legitimacy to a specific group: during this period, any claims deemed pertinent may be formulated, always addressed to the mayor. The public exhibition in the Secretariat is the step required by local finance regulations between the initial approval and the final closing of the budget file.

The municipality in the 2027 labor calendar

As context for the financial year currently being processed, the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense of October 14, 2026, published the 2027 labor calendar for the province of Ourense, prepared by the Ministry of Employment, Trade and Migration. For Beade, it establishes two local holidays, paid and non-recoverable:

• July 2, Santa Isabel.
• August 16, San Roque.

For the neighbors and for the municipal staff, the procedure now open is the only formal window to question the accounts and the personnel structure of the next fiscal year before the budget is closed.
