Bassella will adapt the C-26 crossing as it passes through Ogern

The City Council of Bassella has initially approved the ordinary municipal works project “Adaptation of the C-26 crossing as it passes through Ogern,” with a contract execution budget of 206,698.61 euros, including 21% VAT. The Plenary agreement was adopted on September 30, 2026, and the announcement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida (BOP) no. 191, dated October 7, 2026, with the official reference BOP-2026_0_191_8217. The project is subject to public consultation for thirty business days starting from the day after publication.

An ordinary municipal project of 206,698.61 euros

The project bears the signature of architect Joan Carol Gilibert and is processed under file number 157/2026. The intervention is classified as ordinary municipal works and affects the crossing of the C-26 road as it passes through the village of Ogern, within the municipality of Bassella.

The same Plenary initially approved a second ordinary municipal works project, the “Partial renovation of the distribution networks of Tapioles and Cal Cordill,” with a budget of 305,902.99 euros and file 155/2026, published in the same BOP no. 191 under the reference BOP-2026_0_191_8216.

Thirty business days of public consultation

The publication is made under article 37.2 of Decree 179/95, of June 13, which approves the Regulations for works, activities, and services of local entities (ROAS). The deadline for submitting allegations is thirty business days from the day after the announcement in the BOP of Lleida. Once this period has elapsed without allegations, the project will be considered definitively approved.

Consultation at the municipal offices of Ogern

Any interested party may consult the file during the exhibition period, on any business day, at the offices of the Bassella City Council, located at Plaça de l’Ajuntament, no. 1, in Ogern. The announcement was signed by the mayor, Cristina Barbens Casals, with an electronic signature date of October 1, 2026.

The adaptation of the crossing affects an urban section of the C-26 that serves as the gateway to the village of Ogern, such that its execution directly impacts the road safety of the residents and the mobility of the region. The public consultation period now open is the final window for individuals and affected entities to submit allegations before the project is definitively approved.
