One month for the appeal for reversal or hierarchical appeal
The resolutions of the city-wide commissions may be optionally appealed for reversal before the body that issued them within one month from the day following publication, or directly via a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Barcelona within two months. At the district level, the appeal is a hierarchical appeal before the Mayor’s Office, also within one month, and a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against the presumed dismissal.
The resolution closes the circuit of the 2026 ordinary call and leaves the map of municipal aid to entities closed until the next annual period. For the beneficiary entities, the publication in the bulletin is the title that activates payment; for those excluded, it sets the appeal calendar and the formal reasons that must be corrected in future calls.
