Barbastro announces a vacancy for Architect via inter-administrative secondment

The Barbastro City Council has approved the bases for the provision, via an inter-administrative service commission, of a career civil servant position as Special Administration Technician Architect (A1). The call is made public through Decree 2579, of August 24, 2026, and is recorded in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 162, of Wednesday, August 26, 2026, with official reference BOPH-2026-162006.

Applications shall be submitted within a period of ten calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province, through the electronic and in-person modalities enabled on the City Council’s web portal. Selection Process and Evaluation of Merits

The process consists of a single competition phase, with a maximum score of 100 points, establishing a minimum of 20 points for the awarding of the position. The evaluation is divided between experience and training:

• Experience (maximum 80 points): 10 points are computed per year in TAES Architect (A1) positions in public administration, with services prorated by full months.
• Training (maximum 20 points): training actions in official centers such as FAMCP, INAP, IAAP, public universities, and plans financed with public funds are valued at 0.10 points per hour received and 0.20 per hour taught.

The Qualifying Board shall be composed of a president, three members, and a secretary, along with their respective alternates, whose members must belong to the same or a higher group and must recuse themselves when the grounds set forth in Article 23 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, apply. Following the assessment, the commission shall submit the proposal to the presidency of the corporation for the appointment, which must be formalized within one month.
