Barakaldo has appointed six sub-officers through internal promotion within the local police force

The Barakaldo City Council has appointed six sub-officers to the Local Police through internal promotion, granting them permanent destinations. The appointments were approved by mayoral decree number 2026/006909, dated August 25, 2026, and were published in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia (BOB) on September 21, in issue 180, section II. Of the six appointments, the preceptivity date was specified only for Gutiérrez Axpe; this date was not indicated for the other five.
