Bande fixa locais e emprazamentos gratuítos para a campaña do 29N

The Zonal Electoral Board of Bande has established the official sites and public spaces reserved for the free holding of electoral campaign events and for the placement of propaganda for the general elections to the Cortes Generales on November 29, 2026. The list, agreed upon at the meeting on October 15, 2026, under the presidency of Caterina González Fernández, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on October 21, 2026, in the Elections section, under registration number R. 2.515.

The reservation is made in application of article 57 and concordant articles of Organic Law 5/1985, of June 19, on the general electoral regime, which requires city councils to communicate to the zonal electoral boards the locations available for the campaign. The minutes collect the communications received from the eight councils that make up the judicial district of Bande.

The document jointly publishes the lists of all zonal electoral boards in the province—O Barco de Valdeorras, O Carballiño, Ourense, A Pobra de Trives, and Ribadavia, in addition to Bande—under the heading of the Electoral Census Office of the Government Sub-delegation in Ourense.

Bande, Calvos de Randín, and Entrimo

  • Bande: assembly hall of the Town Hall and municipal hostel, Praza da Constitución, and public squares in the various nuclei. For posters, municipal public lighting poles and panels on the streets of Mestre Taibo, Faustino Santalices, Pombal, and Lamas Calvelo.
  • Calvos de Randín: basement of the Town Hall, every day at 4:00 PM, and former schools of Randín, Pintás, Feás, Vila, and Castelaus, at 6:00 PM. Posters in all villages, in the places enabled by the council.
  • Entrimo: Casa da Cultura during all hours of the day; Colexio Público Santa María a Real from 5:00 PM on school days and full day on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; municipal parks of Terrachán and Feira Vella. No special billboard locations are enabled, therefore the customary places will be used.

Lobeira, Lobios, and Muíños

  • Lobeira: the council does not have any official premises. For posters, the stands of the Parada de Monte festival field, the facades of the A Canle teleclub, and the panels of Toural, next to the Health Center and the Porta Parque Lobeira, are reserved.
  • Lobios: multipurpose hall on Portugal road number 31, with 100 spaces, and the municipal sports center in the public park, with a capacity for 400 people; both from Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 to 22:00 hours. Posters on village notice boards, posts and lampposts, and notice boards in the capital.
  • Muíños: Salón de Lecer Albergue A Rola, former schools of Xermeade, Prado and Barxés, and social premises of Requiás, Guntumil and Porqueiros, from 18:00 to 21:00. Billboards are permitted on posts and public lighting lampposts and around the former schools of Couso, Taboadela, Porqueirós, Barxés, Prado, Xermeade and Parada de Ventosa, excluding walls and exterior carpentry, as well as in the fairgrounds of Couso and Porqueirós.

Padrenda and Verea complete the list

The minutes of the Bandiense board also include two more councils. In Padrenda, the public squares of San Roque, A Notaria and Lavandeira are reserved, with limited use from 08:00 hours until 23:59 of the following day, and notice boards are enabled on San Roque street, opposite the town hall, and in the square of A Notaria street. In Verea, the Cultural and Youth Center of Manuel Nieto Rivero square, with a capacity for 120 people, and the public square of Cexo, for 150, are available every day of the week, with notice boards in the aforementioned Carballo square and public lighting posts or lampposts via the bunting system.

The publication of these lists is the essential previous step so that political formations can request the spaces and schedule their events. For the residents of the eight affected councils, the agreement determines in which municipal facilities and squares the rallies will be held and where posters and banners may appear during the campaign, with a free-use reservation that binds both the parties and the councils themselves.
