Badalona publishes the result of the draw for eight protected rental homes

The Badalona City Council has published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on October 7, 2026, the result of the draw for the allocation procedure of eight general regime official protection rental homes in the development on Progrés Street, no. 245-268. The publication is ordered by resolution number 2026012616, issued on September 28, 2026, by the 2nd Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Territory, and appears with the official reference CVE 202610148548.

The procedure is governed by the specific allocation rules for these eight homes, which in section 6 provide that, once the draws have been conducted, a notarial act shall be drawn up with the result and that this shall be published in the media provided for in section 4 of the same rules. The announcement signed by the General Secretary, Victor Siles Marc, is dated October 1, 2026, and occupies pages 1 and 2 of the gazette.

A draw before a notary with four lists

The result is published in accordance with the notarial act drawn up for this purpose, with protocol 2231/2026, by the notary Raquel Iglesias Pajares. The act records the numbers drawn and the resulting lists from the draw, which the announcement reproduces in full.

The published lists are four:

• List 4A: selected for 2-bedroom homes.
• List 5A: reserve for 2-bedroom homes.
• List 4B: selected for 3-bedroom homes.
• List 5B: reserve for 3-bedroom homes.

Requirements and deadlines for selected persons

The Badalona Local Housing Office will be responsible for requesting each of the selected cohabitation units to verify that they meet the requirements. The summons will be made following the order of the selected lists (4A and 4B) and, if applicable, the reserve lists (5A and 5B).

The deadlines set in the announcement are as follows:

• The Local Housing Office must make the request within a maximum of fifteen business days following the publication of the draw lists.
• The successful applicants have ten business days, counted from the effective request, to prove compliance with the requirements.

Two and three-bedroom homes

The development subject to the draw is on Progrés Street, no. 245-268, in Badalona, and the eight homes are general regime official protection homes intended for rent. The draw has been organized into two groups according to the number of bedrooms, which explains the existence of two selected lists and two reserve lists.

The announcement reminds that the result of the draw has been published in the media provided for by the rules and that interested persons can consult the complete lists in the official text itself.

The publication closes the lottery phase and opens the requirements verification phase, the step prior to the signing of the rental contracts.
