Badajoz publishes the final list of admitted candidates for Legal Technician

The Badajoz City Council has approved the final list of applicants admitted to the call to fill, as career civil servants and through open competition, three positions for Legal Technician. The resolution, signed by the Fourth Deputy Mayor, Eladio Buzo Corzo, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz number 177, dated September 16, 2026, as Announcement 3608/2026.
The call is framed within the rules published in full in the BOP of Badajoz number 44, dated March 6, 2025, and its modification in number 75, dated April 22, 2026. After the publication of the provisional list and the expiration of the claims period, the Mayor’s Office now resolves to approve the final list of admitted candidates and appoint the tribunal that will judge the tests.
Final list of admitted candidates
The final list includes 69 admitted applicants, whose identity data are published with the last four characters of the DNI, in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data. Among those admitted are, among others:
- Inés Ballestero Sánchez, Ana Becerro López, María Besa Mejías and Alberto Bravo Silva.
- María Pilar Caballero García-Moreno, Elena Arántzazu Caballero Rivero and Ignacio Cacho Tienza.
- Santiago José Jiménez Bayón, Natalia Leal Plata and Raúl Lencero Santana.
- Óscar Merino Maza, Sara Morales Cansado, Eva Núñez Ramos and Paula Núñez García.
- Carmen María Pérez Bazaga, María Belén Pérez Mateos and Irene Pérez Rejano.
- José Luis Sánchez Marín, Marta Sánchez Salguero, Carlos Soto Alfonso and Miguel Ángel Toledano Cotrina.
Qualifying Tribunal
The resolution also appoints the Qualifying Tribunal for the selection tests, including its president, members, and secretary, as well as their respective alternates:
- President: María Correa Cruz (alternate: Mario Hermida Ferrer).
- Member: Víctor Manuel Montero de Espinosa Mendiola (alternate: Juan Manuel Cardoso Carballo).
- Member: Jesús Hernández Carande (alternate: María Rodríguez Lairado).
- Member: María Luengo Manzano (alternate: José Antonio Chueca Polo).
- Member: María Soledad Giralt Martínez (alternate: Pedro Martín del Puerto).
- Secretary: Francisca Nevado Moreno (alternate: María de la Vega Rodríguez Bernal).
Deadlines and appeals
The date for the first exercise will be published with due notice on the Badajoz City Council website, along with the rest of the announcements for the call. Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, interested parties may file:
- Appeal for reversal (recurso de reposición) before the Mayor, within one month from the day following publication.
- Contentious-administrative appeal before the Court of said Jurisdiction of Badajoz, within two months.
The resolution is issued by delegation of the Mayor, in accordance with the Decree of February 2, 2024 (BOP of Badajoz of 02/08/2024). With the final list and the tribunal already appointed, the selection process is ready for the start of the tests, a key step for filling three permanent civil servant positions in the Badajoz city council.
