The delegate of Álava has notified the contract notice for protected housing

The Territorial Representative for Housing of Álava, Leire Urcola Alberdi, has published a notice in the Boletín Oficial del País Vasco, issue number 173, dated September 10, 2026, to notify a writing regarding a protected housing contract. The notification was signed on August 31, 2026, and the interested party has five days to review the full text of the administrative act.

The notice has been published in accordance with Article 44 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, after attempting individual notification without effect.
