Baños de Tajo puts the lease of a municipal dwelling out to tender

The Baños de Tajo City Council has announced a competitive bidding process for the lease of a council-owned property, classified as a patrimonial asset, located at Travesía de la Fuente nº 4 in the town. The decision stems from a Plenary Agreement dated September 3, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara, number 174, dated September 11, 2026.

Interested parties will have 15 business days from the day following the publication in the gazette to submit their offers, through a procedure processed by the city council itself.

• Any of the locations permitted by Law 39/2025, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
