Bóveda puts up for auction a municipal asset declared unusable

The Bóveda City Council is initiating the procedure for the disposal by auction of a municipal asset declared as unusable, located in the parish of Chorente-Ribas Pequenas. The decision was adopted through Mayoral Resolution no. 2026-0518, dated September 3, 2026, and the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lugo (no. 210, Monday, September 14, 2026), reference R. 2413.

An asset declared unusable

The asset subject to disposal is identified by the code 27008B501090040000SR, corresponding to the cadastral reference P2700800B, assigned to the Bóveda City Council. It is a property that the local administration has declared unusable, which enables its sale via public auction and opens the door for acquisition by interested private individuals.

The publication of the announcement is carried out in compliance with Article 8.1.a) of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information, and good governance, which mandates active publicity for this type of action. Deadlines and appeals

Against the resolution, which ends the administrative route, interested parties may alternatively file:

• Optional appeal for reversal before the Mayor’s Office, within a period of one month, in accordance with Articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure.
• Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of the Court of First Instance of Lugo, within a period of two months from notification, in accordance with Article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, on Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.

If the appeal for reversal is chosen, the contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the former is expressly resolved or is dismissed by administrative silence.
