PSFV Guindilla photovoltaic solar plant authorized in Valencia

The Third Vice-Presidency and Department of Environment, Infrastructure, Territory and Recovery of the Generalitat Valenciana has issued a favorable resolution authorizing the implementation on non-developable land, the prior administrative authorization, and the administrative construction authorization for the photovoltaic solar plant project “PSFV Guindilla”. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia on August 28, 2026, with reference 2026/10684.

The processing corresponds to the Territorial Service of Industry, Energy and Mines of Valencia, the competent body for resolving renewable electricity generation files in the province. The project is processed under file ATALFE/2022/54/46, initiated in 2022, and its favorable resolution clears the administrative path for the construction of the facility.
