Cabes Bort plant authorized on non-urbanizable land in Valencia

The Third Vice-Presidency and Department of Environment, Infrastructure, Territory and Recovery of the Generalitat Valenciana has issued a favorable resolution authorizing the implementation on non-developable land, the prior administrative authorization, and the administrative construction authorization for the energy project “Cabes Bort”. The processing corresponds to the Territorial Service of Industry, Energy and Mines of Valencia, the competent body to instruct and resolve these types of files for the implementation of energy facilities within the provincial territory.
