ITER's self-consumption photovoltaic system authorized in Granadilla

The General Directorate of Energy of the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Energy of the Government of the Canary Islands has granted the entity Instituto Tecnológico y de Energías Renovables, S.A. (ITER) the administrative authorization for the “Self-consumption photovoltaic installation of 977 kW and storage of 2.15 MWh”, located in the municipality of Granadilla de Abona, on the island of Tenerife. The decision is formalized through Resolution No. 1388, dated September 2, 2026, and is made public through an announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands number 184, dated September 14, 2026.

The authorization is granted within the framework of the processing of file ER250051, managed by the General Directorate of Energy. The announcement is published in compliance with the provisions of Article 21 of the Law of December 16, 1954, on compulsory expropriation, which requires the publication of this type of administrative resolutions.
