Autol upgrades the credit for the enogastronomic center to definitive status

The Autol City Council has finalized credit modification number 2 for the 2026 fiscal year, providing €152,565.72 in funding for the enogastronomic center, air conditioning installations, and solar panels. The decision, adopted by plenary agreement on July 20, 2026, becomes final as no objections were filed during the public exhibition period, and is published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja number 158, dated August 19, 2026 (reference BOR-A-2026-III–3236).

The modification is processed as extraordinary credits and credit supplements, financed through reductions or cancellations in other expenditure items, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries. The document, signed in Autol on August 18, 2026, by the mayor-president, Catalina Bastida De Miguel, details the budgetary increases and decreases.

Destination of the new credits

The increases in expenditure applications are distributed among five actions, with the enogastronomic center as the main beneficiary:

• Enogastronomic Center Works (program 432): supplement of €40,734.16, which increases the credit from €365,289.80 to €406,023.96.
• Solar panels (addendum to the agreement for the enogastronomic center works, program 3372): €701.00, for a total of €50,964.29.
• Installation of air conditioning in the multi-purpose room (program 3371): €44,636.68.
• Replacement of the thermal equipment at the Youth Center (program 3371): €48,343.88.
• Installation of air conditioning in the Preschool (program 3231): €18,150.00.

Financing through reductions in other items

The modification is offset by credit cancellations in four expenditure applications, which release the same total amount:

• Indiano Park (program 171): reduction of €100,000.
• Acquisition of brigade vehicle (forklift) (program 1532): reduction of €21,000.
• Small football field (program 342): reduction of €13,000.
• Street paving (program 1532): reduction of €18,565.72, which reduces its credit from €119,400 to €100,400.

Appeal and relevance

Against the final approval of the file, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed directly, in the form and within the time limits established by the rules of said jurisdiction, according to article 171.1 of the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries. The operation reinforces the Riojan municipality’s commitment to enogastronomic tourism and energy efficiency, while reorganizing its municipal investment priorities for the current fiscal year.
