Asturias executes judgment and will pay 387.84 euros for patrimonial liability

The Department of Mobility, Environment and Emergency Management of the Principality of Asturias has ordered the execution of a judgment that annuls the dismissal of a claim for pecuniary liability and orders the Administration to pay compensation of 387.84 euros, including legal interest and costs. The ruling arises from the contentious-administrative appeal processed under summary procedure 48/2025, filed by the court representative Ms. A. M. C. G., on behalf and in representation of Mr. J. L. M. Á. (NIF *4370), against the express dismissal of the prior claim from the pecuniary liability file RESP/2024/833.

The judgment being executed

The judgment, issued on June 30, 2026, by Court No. 1 of the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Oviedo, upholds the lawsuit and annuls the challenged administrative action, rendering it void. The appeal was directed against the Department of Public Works, Local Cooperation and Fire Prevention of the Government of the Principality of Asturias, which had dismissed the claim via a resolution dated December 19, 2024, notified to the party on January 7, 2025.
