Assens land consolidation plans invite rights holders to meeting

The draft land consolidation plans covering the areas of Flemløse, Haarby, Strandby and Orte in Assens municipality are now ready to be presented to the land consolidation commission, under the project “Jordfordeling Voldtofte Made og Møllemosebækken 2. del”. The notice, published in Statstidende on 8 September 2026, invites rights holders and other interested parties to a meeting where the commission is expected to issue its ruling and make the land deals final.

The commission will at the same time take a position on any complaints and claims raised. Attendance at the meeting is not required for a ruling to be issued, the notice stresses.

Meeting details

The meeting for rights holders and other interested parties will be held on 29 September 2026 at 13:00 at Haarby Kro, Algade 24, 5683 Haarby. The case is registered under case number hanras 10589/10582.

  • Date: 29 September 2026
  • Time: 13:00
  • Venue: Haarby Kro, Algade 24, 5683 Haarby
  • Case number: hanras 10589/10582

Issuing authority

The notice is signed by Hanne Rasmussen on behalf of the land consolidation office in Tønder, dated 17 August 2026. It is published under the section for miscellaneous notices (“Forskellige kundgørelser”) of the gazette.

The land consolidation procedure is a statutory mechanism under Danish law through which fragmented agricultural parcels are redistributed to create more rational holdings, with the commission ruling on the final land exchanges and any objections.

What happens next

Once the commission has considered the plans and any complaints, it will issue a ruling that makes the land deals final. Rights holders who do not attend the meeting will still be bound by the outcome, as participation is not a precondition for the ruling.

For affected landowners and rights holders in the four areas, the meeting is the main opportunity to raise concerns before the plans are confirmed.
