The resolution, signed on August 11, 2026, by the general secretary Susana Pérez Iglesias, orders the deposit and registration of the minutes in the Registry and deposit of collective agreements, collective labor agreements, and equality plans, and provides for its publication in the official bulletin. The document bears the official reference CVE-DOG: 2ufqqbu6-xv66-bfu9-at78-t196tdby87y6.
Regulatory Framework
The action falls within the competencies attributed to the Department of Employment, Trade, and Emigration as the labor authority, in accordance with Decree 147/2024, of May 20, which establishes the organic structure of the department. According to article 25 of this decree, the General Secretariat for Employment and Labor Relations coordinates the administrative registries of collective agreements (Regcon), among others.
The procedure complies with article 8 of Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements, which establishes that the competent labor authority shall issue the resolution ordering its registration, deposit, and publication in the corresponding official bulletin.
The Agreement of the Negotiating Commission
The minutes record the meeting of the Negotiating Commission, held via videoconference on June 2, 2026, in which the representatives of the parties participated:
- For Asesga: Ana Herrera Couceiro, María Fernández Ruiz, Teresa Silva Ginel, Teresa Durán Manso, and Manuel Barrios Bel.
- For CC.OO.: José Manuel Costas Román, Isabel Barral Rubio, and José Manuel Couto Requejo.
- For UGT: Martín Martínez Figueiro, Adrián López Villar, Iván Cancela Romero, and Rakel Rodríguez Parada.
In application of the first final provision of the agreement, the 2025 salary tables are increased by 2.90%, configuring the new application tables for 2026. Affected workers may not receive salaries lower than the SMI (Minimum Interprofessional Wage) in force at any given time, an amount that must be completed through an SMI supplement.
New Salary Amounts
The annex to the minutes details the monthly and annual amounts by level and professional classification. Among the main ones:
- Area Manager (level I): base salary of €938.10 and annual total of €18,445.34.

Relevance of the measure
The salary update, resulting from regional collective bargaining, guarantees an increase in the purchasing power of personnel in parking lots, garages, and vehicle removal throughout Galicia, a sector with a strong presence of customer service and maintenance work. Against the resolution, which does not exhaust administrative remedies, an appeal for reversal (recurso de alzada) may be filed before the Minister of Employment, Trade, and Emigration within one month of its publication.
