As Pontes tenders the lease of a plot in Espiñaredo for ten years

The City Council of As Pontes de García Rodríguez has opened a public tender to award the lease of a municipal plot in the parish of Espiñaredo, intended for the execution of economic activities of municipal interest. The call, approved by Mayor’s Resolution no. 1633/2026, dated August 18, was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña (number 161) on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, under announcement number 2026/5531.

The plot, with cadastral reference 15071A 045009920000YS, will be awarded for a term of 10 years through an open procedure with ordinary processing and a single award criterion: the improvement or increase of the annual fee, evaluable up to 100 points.

Object and economic conditions

The minimum fee set is 4,832.71 euros per year, which represents 6% of the plot’s value. The successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee of 5% of the offered price, excluding VAT.

Deadlines and submission of offers

The economic-administrative rules are subject to a public information process of 10 calendar days from the day following the publication of the announcement. Simultaneously, the period for submitting offers begins, also for 10 calendar days, which will be interrupted in the event of allegations to the rules with sufficient substance.

Proposals shall be submitted exclusively by electronic means through the Public Sector Procurement Platform, in two envelopes:

• Envelope A: administrative documentation (clause 8.3.A of the specifications).
• Envelope B: economic proposal, valued by automatic criteria (clause 8.3.B, Annex II).

During the period for obtaining documentation, bidders may visit the plot and check the state of the facilities in situ.

Opening and award

The opening of the offers will take place in a public session, on the date established by the contracting body and which will be notified through the municipal electronic office. The announcement is signed by the acting mayor, Elena López Seco, dated August 19, 2026.
