Artesa de Lleida tenders sewerage works and school renovations

The Artesa de Lleida City Council has initially approved two valued project reports for works that open the door to their imminent tendering: the repair of a section of the sewerage network and the renovation, adaptation, and improvement of the Els Til·lers Schools. Both files are published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida (BOP) number 163, dated August 26, 2026, and are subject to public information for 30 days.

The two actions, signed by Mayor Mariona Rebull Berengué, are processed via mayoral decrees and are based on articles 37.2 of Decree 179/1995, of June 13, of the Regulations for works, activities, and services (ROAS) and 235 of the Revised Text of the Municipal and Local Regime Law of Catalonia (MRLC). If no objections are presented during the exhibition period, the initial approval agreements will automatically become final, without the need for a subsequent express procedure.

Sewerage repair at the intersection of Lleida Street

The first report, approved by Mayoral Decree no. 2026-0210, provides for the repair of a section of the sewerage network at the intersection of Lleida Street (Ctra L-702) and Vinyar Nou Street. The project, drafted by architect Orland Martí Rovira, presents a contract execution budget of €47,475.64, with the following detail:

• €39,236.07 as the execution base.
• €8,239.57 as VAT at the rate of 21%.

Renovation of the Els Til·lers Schools

The second report, approved by Mayoral Decree no. 0212/2026, of August 20, 2026, corresponds to the renovation, adaptation, and improvement (R.A.M.) work of the Els Til·lers Schools of Artesa de Lleida. The document, drafted by architects Orland Martí Rovira and Ramon Fité Font, sets a contract execution budget of €31,759.10, broken down into:

• €26,247.19 as the execution base.
• €5,511.91 as VAT at the rate of 21%.

Period for objections and procedure

Both the sewerage file and the school file are subject to the public information procedure for a period of 30 days starting from the day after their publication in the BOP of Lleida. During this period, any interested person may examine the documentation and submit any claims and objections they deem appropriate. In the event that none are presented, the initial approval will automatically become final, which will clear the way for the tendering and contracting of the works.

With these two actions, the Artesa de Lleida council advances in the improvement of urban infrastructure and the municipality’s educational equipment, with a joint investment exceeding €79,000 which, once the public exhibition process is completed, will translate into the call for the corresponding tenders for construction companies.
