Arroyal will pave several streets with an investment of 1.6 million

The Arroyal Neighborhood Council has released for public review the paving project for several streets in the municipality, with a budget of 1,635,097.25 euros (VAT included). The announcement is signed by the mayor Ana María Gómez Tamayo and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos number 185, dated September 29, 2026, with reference BOPBUR-2026-04016. Interested parties have twenty days to examine the file and submit allegations.

The project was approved by the Plenary of the Neighborhood Council on May 29, 2026, and was drafted by civil engineer Diego García Barriuso. This is the most significant economic action in this edition of the gazette, far exceeding the other files published on the same day. The Arroyal Neighborhood Council is a minor local entity integrated into the municipality of Alfoz de Quintanadueñas, whose Secretariat holds the file now open for consultation.

The procedure is the public information phase prior to final approval: if no allegations or claims are submitted within the fixed period, the project will be definitively approved without the need for a new agreement from the Plenary. Publication in the official gazette also allows construction companies to learn the scope of the work before an eventual tender.
