Architects challenge the contract for the new school before the high court

The Official College of Architects of La Rioja has challenged before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of La Rioja the resolution by which the Department of Education and Employment concluded the procurement process for the project and construction management of the new Special Education Center in Logroño. The appeal is being processed as ordinary procedure PO 231/2026, and the General Technical Secretariat of the department has summoned potential interested parties through Resolution 19/2026, dated October 15, published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja no. 202 this Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
