Arona puts eight hospitality stalls up for auction for the Fiestas Mayores.

The Arona City Council has convened the auction and authorization procedure for the installation of eight stalls in the restaurant and sales sector on the occasion of the festivities in honor of the Most Holy Christ of Health and Our Lady of the Rosary 2026, known as the Major Festivals, to be held from September 24 to October 6. The call was approved by Resolution No. 2026/5444, of July 27, 2026, and its extract notice is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife number 96, of August 12, 2026, in the Local Administration section.

The notice, with number 3441 and record 1667073, is processed in file 3/2026/PR937 and publicizes the resolution of the delegated councilor for Security, Festivals, Transport and Heritage, Alexis David Gómez Álvarez, which approves both the call and the technical and administrative specifications that are to govern the procedure. Ten business day deadline and submission methods

Applications to participate in the procedure may be submitted within ten business days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract notice in the provincial bulletin. Submission may be made by any of the means provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

In accordance with Article 14 of the same law, legal persons, entities without legal personality and those who carry out a professional activity requiring compulsory professional association must interact electronically with the Administration, while natural persons may choose the means. Those who send the documentation by ordinary mail must justify the date of mailing at the post office and notify the City Council of the sending of the application to the email address festejos@arona.org before the deadline expires.

A notice signed electronically

The announcement, dated in Arona on 31 July 2026, is published for general knowledge and for the appropriate purposes, and appears electronically signed by the delegated councillor Alexis David Gómez Álvarez, acting by delegation in accordance with Resolution No. 2025/935. The text refers to the specifications as documentation establishing the technical and legal conditions of the procedure, so interested parties must consult them before bidding.
