Aranda cancels the announcement of the San Isidro II urbanization project

The Aranda de Duero City Council has declared the public information announcement of the “Consolidated Urbanization Project UE 33 San Isidro II” null and void, as it was erroneously published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos for failing to comply with the proper procedure. The decision, adopted by the acting mayor, Belén Esteban Sánchez, is recorded in issue number 163 of the gazette, dated August 28, 2026, with reference BOPBUR-2026-03602.
The annulled announcement had been published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos number 124, dated July 6, 2026, and referred to the initial approval of the project by the Local Government Board of the Aranda de Duero City Council in its ordinary session on June 16, 2026. Consequently, the public exhibition period derived from the text erroneously inserted in the official journal is cancelled.

The affected project is the consolidated urbanization of the execution unit UE 33 San Isidro II, in Aranda de Duero (Burgos), dated June 2021 with modifications from March 2, 2026. The document was drafted by the architects:
