Aragón publishes the 2026 Social Work agreement with the "la Caixa" Foundation

The Official Gazette of Aragon publishes this Monday, October 5, 2026, Order PJC/1418/2026, of September 23, which provides for the publication of the Framework Collaboration Agreement between the Government of Aragon and the “la Caixa” Foundation regarding Social Work 2026. The agreement was signed on September 9, 2026, by the President of the Government of Aragon and the Director General of the “la Caixa” Foundation, and was entered into the General Registry of Agreements under number 2026/7/0110. The resolution appears in section III, “Other Provisions and Agreements,” of gazette number 193.

The text is published under sections 5 and 6 of article 151 of Law 5/2021, of June 29, on the Organization and Legal Regime of the Autonomous Public Sector of Aragon, and article 13 of Decree 57/2012, of March 7, of the Government of Aragon, which regulates the General Registry of Agreements of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. The order is signed, by delegation of the Vice President, by the Technical General Secretary of Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport, Cristina Asensio Grijalba, by virtue of the Order of November 28, 2024, of the Councilor for Presidency, Economy and Justice.

Legal basis and registry control

The publication responds to the legal mandate to publicize the agreements signed by the autonomous administration.
