Por FactBox Admin

The Government of Aragon has appointed eight new career civil servants—four agricultural engineers and four IT technicians—through two orders from the Department of Finance, Interior and Public Administration published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 168, dated August 31, 2026. The appointments consolidate positions from the public employment offers of 2018 to 2022, and the successful candidates must take office within one month.

Orders HAP/1263/2026 and HAP/1264/2026, both dated August 17 and signed by Councilor Roberto Bermúdez de Castro Mur, close selection processes convened between 2021 and 2024 by the General Directorate of the Civil Service. They are issued under the revised text of the Law on the Organization of the Civil Service of Aragon (Legislative Decree 1/1991) and Decree 127/2026 regarding the organic structure of the department.

Agricultural Engineers

Order HAP/1263/2026 (csv BOA20260831001) appoints career civil servants to the Body of Senior Civil Servants, Senior Faculty Scale, Agricultural Engineers, corresponding to calls 220006 and 240011 (OEP 2018-2021). The four successful candidates join the staff of Agriculture, Livestock and Food:

  • Concepción Sánchez Moreno, stationed in Zaragoza (RPT 1738).
  • Mireia Betrán Sabadell, stationed in Huesca (RPT 2100).
  • Marcos Sierra Navarro, stationed in Zaragoza (RPT 3024).
  • Mª Clara López López, stationed in Zaragoza (RPT 1878).

IT Technicians

Order HAP/1264/2026 (csv BOA20260831002) appoints career civil servants to the Body of Technical Civil Servants, Technical Management Scale, IT Technicians, from calls 220031 and 240024 (OEP 2018-2022). The assignments are distributed among four departments:

  • Erika Andreu Bueno, in Education, Science and Universities (Huesca, RPT 18439).
  • Iván Gonzalo Laplaza, in Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport (Zaragoza, RPT 37595).
  • Natividad García Lacárcel, in Housing, Public Works, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion (Zaragoza, RPT 59175).
  • Nuria Ripoll Lerín, in Finance, Interior and Public Administration (Zaragoza, RPT 65043).

Deadlines and Requirements

To acquire the status of career civil servant, the appointees must abide by the Constitution and the Statute of Autonomy of Aragon and submit the declaration of incompatibilities provided for in Royal Decree 598/1985 and Law 53/1984. The assumption of office in the assigned position must take place within one month from the day following the publication of the orders, and the successful candidates must prove the qualification and training requirements of the assigned position in accordance with Decree 68/2021.

Both orders exhaust administrative remedies; therefore, a motion for reconsideration may be filed before the regional minister within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Court within two months.

The consolidation of these eight positions reinforces the permanent staff of the Aragonese Administration in key technical areas such as agriculture, education, and digitalization, reducing temporary employment and providing stability to essential services of the autonomous community.
