Aragón grants a direct subsidy to CERMI Aragón for families with disabilities

The Government of Aragon has granted a direct subsidy to the Committee of Representative Entities for Persons with Disabilities (CERMI Aragon) for the implementation of support activities and the provision of services aimed at families of persons with disabilities. Order PJC/1373/2026, dated September 11, orders the publication of the collaboration agreement that instruments the aid in the Official Gazette of Aragon of September 25, 2026, number 187, with the official reference BOA20260925016.

The agreement was entered into the General Registry of Agreements under number 2026/7/0108 and was signed on August 26, 2026, by the Vice President and Councilor for Deregulation, Social Welfare and Family of the Government of Aragon and the President of CERMI Aragon. The resolution is adopted under sections 5 and 6 of article 151 of Law 5/2021, of June 29, on the Organization and Legal Regime of the Autonomous Public Sector of Aragon, and article 13 of Decree 57/2012, of March 7, which regulates the General Registry of Agreements of the Autonomous Community of Aragon.

Purpose of the subsidy

The aid is intended to finance support activities and the provision of services specifically aimed at families of persons with disabilities, according to the title of the published order. The text disseminated in the gazette does not detail the economic amount of the agreement, the full information of which is referred to the General Registry of Agreements of the regional administration.

The publication is limited to ordering the insertion of the agreement in the official journal and referring to the registry for the full content of the agreement, in accordance with the usual procedure for these collaboration instruments.

The order is dated September 11, 2026, and is signed in Zaragoza by Cristina Asensio Grijalba, Technical General Secretary of Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport, by delegation of the Vice President and Councilor of the department, according to the Order of November 28, 2024. Impact

The publication formalizes the financial support of the Government of Aragon for the main Aragonese platform of disability entities, which provides legal coverage for the actions planned for the fiscal year and sustains family support services. Furthermore, the agreement reinforces the role of CERMI Aragón as the sector’s interlocutor before the regional Administration.
